Any idea why oath date is late after DM made

I got DM second week of Nov 2019 still haven’t received oath date , i am from Calgary office .

Any idea what causes can be .

IRCC lists oath date as 2-3 months at least further out East. I also took my test (Nov 18th) and had DM made (Nov 19th) yet no date for an oath yet.

You are not a citizen until you take the oath.
