Atleast after long waiting I got reply on my post. My inquiry is related to good public policy university with affordable expenses and research options. Then scope of this program in Canada after graduating.

Then I'm sorry brother. I am also a student who is going to Canada for studying MPA (If I got visa). I can't tell you about the job prospect from my home country. About good universities, most of the universities have MPA program, search their websites to see which university better suits you. Good thing is most of the Canadian Public University's standard is very good as they are regulated vigorously so quality of education is not a big factor.
