Thanks SATDXB for the re- assurance. I really hope so i have waited for so long. My BF'D date was 22.1.2011 still waiting to hear from them. My e.cas has never been updated , i have written t o them , but no answer i do not know what is the status of my application. So confused.

Will continue waiting as usual.

I submitted full documents in June 2009, got 2nd AOR dated July 12 and received in August 2009. I have not heard from them. I wrote to them last year June and the replied ,

Good morning Madam,
You file is being processed.
Thank you

I do not know if it means also in process?

Below is how my e.cas reads at present,


We received your application for permanent residence on January 30, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 12, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

This is the out look of my application and i ordered Caip notes in December and got the results and BF'd was 22.1.2011. I am still waiting to hear from them.

Have a look and give me any suggestions.

Very sorry dear.. but this really a long delay from CHC.
if your BFD was 22 jan 2011 , so until now you should had received further communication from them. For eg, medicals, additional documents or Interview call.

I will suggest you to sent an email again giving reference of ur CAIP notes also.

I hope some light of hope will pop up.

The funniest story is that my visa office has been temporary closed and on their website they have re-directed the applicants to contact Senegal visa office at the moment, so i do not know where exactly my file is, whether in the formal visa office Abidjan which is temporary closed or Senegal where the applicants have been directed to send any inquires there? I have contacted Senegal , by e.mail in February, but they did not reply my mail, so i am so confused.

Hope to hear from them soon.

Try to give a phone call to ABIDJAN office, and just ask them whether they have finally transfered all the files or just for time being they are close. And resume services later.

At least some picture will come out.

Please if you do not mind, when you have some free time, could you just go to Abidjan Visa office and read what they have written and try to understand and then explain to me. It is written on their website they are temporary closed at the moment till further notice, that applicants should contact Senegal visa office for any inquires or sending additional documents submission.
