I just want to know if there are any customer success professionals who is trying/already got PR, also would like to understand the scope of job opportunities for CSM role. I'm from Bangalore, have around 10 years of experience in Customer Success. I'm planning to apply for Express Entry however, not confident about the job opportunities as this is not a technical role. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
