College can give you admission without IELTS but visa will be difficult..........

With 3rd division in Degree and No IELTS...The VO will surely understand that u want to immigrate and not study...They will question your "purpose of visit"...

It does not really matter even if have billions...All you need is a "solid profile" and ur clear intentions to study...

no good college give admission without ielts. some universities give admission without ielts like dhalhouse university if you spend 3 year in a institution where language of instruction is meduim in english.

Dude even if you have trillion of dollars, you WILL need an IELTS scorecard for acquiring a visa. Its a requirement and cannot be substituted by money.

What is the problem is giving IELTS? if u have millions then spend some in coaching (if u think u are poor in english) and enroll for IELTS...

See first of all 6 bands in IELTS is not enough, you'll need 6.5

Secondly by giving IELTS you'll at least have a chance at visa approval. without the IELTS scorecard your visa application file is incomplete.

Thirdly to cover up your poor academics you can attach your XII and X marks, if they are good and write a very strong SOP to convince the V.O. that you are a genuine student.
