Any chance of Getting VISA

Hello frnds

Previously i applied for Canada study Visa for january 2015 batch but got 2 refusals should i go for 3rd apply or do my graduation in india

My details given below

10th. -76% cbse
+2. - 63% cbse MEDICA . Done in 2014

Ielts 6.0 <not less than 5.5>

Previously applied for biotechnology advanced diploma at SeneCa college . (2nd time refused in same course )

Reason for refusal was - others YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES ARE NOT RESONABLE IN LIGHT OF ONE OR MORE OF : YOUR QUALIFICATION , PREVIOUS STUDIES, WMPLOYMENT LEVEL OF ESTABLISHMENT , LANGUAGE ABILITY OR YOUR FUTURE PROSPECTS OR PLANS
*both time reason was same

Should i apply again in january by changing my course and
College or do my degree in india and apply after .

Please help

No my frnd told me that they just provide same thing in long length

dear sir,
my consultant made a mistake in my file they wrote my secondary school time 2011 to 2012 but i completed my secondary education in 2010 to 2012 becouse i had one supplimentary and i was not well during that period and i already attached my health certificate with it..is 2010 mistake create problem to get visa..
