I have left two columns blank in generic form in family information Q21. In the first column I wrote information of my spouse and forgot to write N/A in the next two columns. Anyone who has gone through same situation can share plz.

Plz anyone can help coz I am worried due to N/A my application could return

Hi
You are not suppose to leave any space blank. You should have written N/A
You have to wait and see the outcome from CIO or you cancelled the credit card payment request to your bank and fill a new form and re-send.

I do not understand this...why would CIO charge the Credit Card payment if the application is not not complete? Does CIO charge the Credit Card first and then look at the Application. If application is not complete then they refund?

The idea is to cancell the entire application by cancelling the credit card payment and send a new application with a new payment with the new application .
CIO look at completion of the form before cashing the DD and if any error is discovered, the entire application together with the payment will be returned.
Hope it help clarify the situation.

In my opinion, if you have signed in the application that your dont have spouse then i dont think they will return your application.

Just wait and watch happens. In my spouse form, i left it blank. It should have my name but my application was approved by CIO. Them at the time of local visa office i updated it.

@ afaraz
In generic IMM0008 Q21
I wrote the information of spouse but left other 2 columns blank, should have written N/A. CIO is returning applications those who have not written N/A.

Very uneven situation happening in CHCs all over the world, leaving a single blank in CHC London or Buffalo resulted in a return and the same case here, already into medical in Isb office. very strange. No where to complain about this Double standard. They said, dont leave any blank, they do return them if blank is seen. if not, the person is lucky.

You have applied in the month of Feb, 2010 and still not received any update. Its already too late. CIO is processing April 15 cases. You should check with them.

i think it can't be a problem becasue when my application was returned due to blank fields CIO highlighted that field. First two columns i wrote the info of my spouse and son and thirdone i left blank. cio highlighted "Residentce status with other coutries" in my son column which i left blank. if last column which i left blank had to be filled they would have highlighed too. i think you had already mentioned two family members in the frost page then it should not be problem. just relax and wait.
