I'm lost.... immigration answered me with the same update as before: still waiting for my RCMP checks...
and its been over 120 days since we sent RCMP my fingerprints and still nothing and now they don't even answer mails! its killing me that this is the only reason I'm still "in process"

now I don't know if I should buy a ticket and go be with my wife in Canada until i get the papers or wait because entry is not gerentee . but its so hard to be apart. what if they don't let me in?

i don't need a visa to visit Canada in my country but i did had an exclusion order for 1 year that expired already 4 months ago. so this is why i worry

Hello!
Well, if you did and sent your fingerprints on paper, it says RCMP takes about 18 weeks (126 days, or 4,5 months) to process the background checks.
Have you tried to contact your VO to know if they've gotten it yet?
But anyway, don't worry! It's just a matter of time. They just take it really long. Try to imagine how many background checks they receive JUST from Immigration matters?

So, just be patient (easier said than done, I know it!!!).
And everything is going to be just fine!
