I am the principal applicant and my wife is in her third trimester and baby is due in May end 2017.
For the question 'How many family members do you have?' while creating the express entry for FSW, should I include our unborn baby or should I keep it as 2 (me +wife)?

Your baby is considered another person only after it is born. An unborn child isnt considered another person.

Leave it as 2, but submit proof of funds for a family of 3. This will be easier when you declare your baby details after they are born while your application is ongoing.
