Yeah, I've heard both ECAS and MyCIC are not super reliable, but at least they provide some information)

Hmm that requested form is not required though, I heard that only France asks for that form, weird.

Maybe, but because we haven't heard anything and didn't link to MyCIC we want to know what's going on with our application and which VO has it. It says Ankara on the Sponsorship Letter but we requested Poland, and we never received AOR2. You won't lose anything if you order the notes, you never know until you see them + VO sees that you want to know what's going on with your application.

According to this forum, Ankara has requested IMM 5562 from Shiler, Balasana89, Strength2, and my wife. I am hoping for a status update within the next 3 weeks, since the letter requesting the doc mentioned a deadline of 60 days, which would mean by November 26.

Maybe it depends on a country, because my friend's wife wasn't asked to submit any additional forms and they are almost done.

Both Shiler (Iran) and Balasana89 (Georgian resident) were invited to an interview, but Strength2 (Iranian) and my wife (Georgian citizen) have not as yet.

Looking forward to hearing good news from you tomorrow concerning your friend's wife.

Update from my friends: Wife passed the interview today and she has to move to Canada before November 22nd
I don't know the details yet, but it's amazing news! As a recap, they submitted their application in December 2015 but it went into process in March 2016.

I hope we will hear good news from Ankara very soon!

Congratulations, mA. Very happy to hear this for you and your wife. My wife and I applied for me back in February 6th, still nothing. Ankara office, transferred app to Los Angeles since I live in Houston and can't leave the counrty after they asked for interview back in July 27th.. No word from los Angeles however. So waiting... ??? but again, Congratulations!

Thanks! His wife was only asked 2-3 questions about how they met and that's all!
Looks like her medicals expire this month because she must move by November 22nd. It seems like VO noticed that her medicals are coming to an end and that's why they rushed and called her for an interview and issued a visa right away. It's good but I really hope it will be faster for us!

Thank you, My medical expires in JANUARY so i wish they have the same method of logic and request interview for us....especially with Trump as President now. (yikes and gulp) haha

Processing time for Ankara changed to 10 months, hopefully they will start processing our applications quicker!

The processing time for Georgia is back to 15 months this week! In the past 5 months it has changed from 17 to 12 to 15 to 10 to 15! 5 changes in 5 months??? How are we supposed to know what is the normal processing time when it changes every month? :-X

Wait, so we actually have to go by our country of origin, not the VO country? Uff because if yes then Russia is 11 months and Azerbaijan is 15 months...
But it's just the maximum, usually it takes less time.
