An International Student under AINP Skilled Worker category???

Hi guys,

I really need your help. Can you please tell me if an international student with a valid PGWP apply under the AINP Skilled Worker Category?
I have a permanent job in NOC A category and a valid work permit (PGWP), but I’m not sure about this criterion since it doesn’t apply to the PGWP (we do not need LMO to get a job):

Provide proof of your authorization to hire a foreign worker by showing either the Labour Market Opinion (LMO), or evidence of the LMO exemption.

If anyone has any information, please reply. I really appreciate your help.

Your PGWP is the evidence of the LMO exemption, so you come under this category.

Yes, I was thinking the same, but I wasn't sure that the PGWP can be used as a proof. If this is true, that is great ...
