Just got two questions...what type of application have you applied for? Inside Canada application or Outside Canada application??
Another thing, after submitting your 2nd medical exams...did they write on your ecas medical results have been received??

Cute_sugar, we applied for outside of Canada. And yes on ecas they wrote medical results received, but only for the 2nd medical. They didn't write this for the 1st medical. But they never wrote that our file went into process. It only says that file has been received on August 29, 2011, and medicals have been received, that's it.

hi ikat , yes thats good.i wrote here about how order the gcms u can check it with u (see it on my last posts),the gcms take 30 days exactly,i ordered it before one week ago i think

yes it takes one month exactly ..we don't have anything to do just waiting and waiting : allah kareem so sure when i receive my gcms i will share it with u w inshallah we hear good news before receive it ...

I just want to add on the GCMS NOTE it could take 30 DAYS an extension of up to 50 days pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(a) of the Access to Information Act..

so don't be disappointed if you don't receive anything in 30 DAYS

I know its almost impossible to know whether the embassy received our new medicals or not by contacting them so we decided to call the doctor to see if he sent it already. The problem is we cannot reach him. Apparently the phone is turned off. Any suggestions?

hi i kat,when i did my medical ,i get the dhl number from the doctor to check when they sent it and when it reach to france ,so make sure that they really sent it to france. if u can call the doctor and give him your name or code number and ask him about the dhl number maybe u can get it from them .so u should wait the doctor turn his phone cuz i think its the only way u can know if your medical sent to the embassy in france or not...

Hi I.kat..it's been almost 10 days since you've sent your 2nd medical exams. I think you should wait two months and then on your Ecas they'll write medical results have been received. I don't know, that's how it went for most cases.

hey cute sugar, thanks for your reply! the thing is I dont want to wait that long to find out incase it hasnt even been sent from the doctor at all. If i find out now at least we can act asap. Plus, ecas is not reliable. they might not update it at all.
