Where do you live in Alberta_ if you know someone in that Dark department he can get for you very fast : : There is big different between them. the Good Conduct certificate from General Jordan intelligence department this certificate means that you are like a baby you don´t have any security issues or any black points. but the police certificate you can get it even if you have criminal record.
