My in laws applied a week ago and got their decision yesterday! However they went to the vfs today and they got their visa to go to Canada to see their daughter and son in law! I am so surprised they gave them a response in a week! I really hope my husband gets his visa next! I am praying to god he gets his visa! I am
So nervous! I keep checking online. I know it is so early! I keep thinking about all the supporting documents and the applications and everything. I am
Going crazy just thinking about it. It makes me so scared! When I found out they got it, I started checking online to see if we got our answer now.

They haven't even updated the processing times on CIC. Luay has an interview on Thursday and l.abas and I are still waiting! It's been 1 year for me! And almost 2 years for luay and l.abas.

I applied for my husband a multiple visa online last Tuesday morning. He did his biometric the second day and we are still waiting! My main reasons was I am pregnant, and my pregnancy is at high risk and I need to go back to Canada for extra prenatal care. I had my doctor write me a note and I said I wanted my husband to accompany me for 21 days. We put in his employment letter that states he can only take 21 days off and he put in his car ownership and bank statement and travel history and documents that were required by them. But I am praying he gets it. My in laws applied on feb. 25 and got an approval March 5 for single entry to see their daughter in Canada. They applied through vfs. I'm very nervous and scared.

Have you tried applying for a visitor visa?

I hope all of u guys get the visa soon ,but
U did a great job of giving them enough reasons of your husband's return time enshallah they will agree
And u will have ur baby together .
Actually we did applied for a visitor visa
But they reject it saying; the reasons is not enough
In the other hand , i have only done one medical test through those two years they didn't ask me for another
Iam hopeless.

i see u apply on august 2012 , now the processing time in amman office is 22 months , so u must wait and be patient , im waiting now for exactly 22 months and they request interview with me , so every body must wait just wait and pray for god to help us with this case . there is many offices around the world the processing time in it more than 22 months as in amman office . so we must wait and pray

i ask from god u have a good time , yea u r right they dont update the processing time yet , i dont know why !! im scared from that , bcz may be they will increase the process time , omg , i pray for god every day not to do that , im checking that process time about 2-3 times every day .
next week i have an interview exactly after 22 months because my file is started to be process on 17-5-2012 . its exactly 22 months , i dont know why they decide the interview in that date exactly !!
i hope for u to take that visa soon , so u can travel to canada with ur husband

Even if the processing time goes up, it will have nothing to do with you anymore because that is it. They finished looking at your file and decided that they can't make a final decision without an interview . But the day of the interview, you will get your answer. But I know you will for sure get the PR visa! As for me, I have one more year to wait for the PR visa for my husband. ahhh

Anna, do you remember what kind of supporting documents you put when you applied for the visa? and are you the sponsor or the applicant? Do you have a lawyer?

Also, If they say they are processing your file from Feb. 26, 2014... that means they are in the process of making a final decision. Mine still says 'Application Received' 1) We have received your application for PR in Feb. 18 2013. 2) We have received Medical Results. That's all it says for me. URGH! My lawyer had clients that applied before and after me and they have already gotten their golden email. All her clients are from Egypt and Lebanon. None from Syria, Amman or Iraq. and she said that people from Gaza got their golden email already. She said the highest she had to wait was 18 months. It's been 12 months for me. Well 12 months on March 13, 2014!

Right now I am just praying for the multiple visa for my husband. If they don't accept him for that, honestly they would be so cruel. That would mean that they don't care if I have a high pregnancy or not.

when do u recieve the aprove for the sponsorship ?? my status is the same : we recieve ur application at 7-2-2012 , and medical result recieved .. that set .

My lawyer she said if my husband has an interview to bring pictures of us on our honeymoon and wedding and family and trips and joint bank account and birthday pictures and our ultrasound pictures of the babies.. Once they see the pictures, they will not even ask questions. Because the pictures and the documents are already good enough to show the genuine relationship. Bring any phone communication stuff like if you talk to your spouse on the phone show phone bills or conversations from whatsapp or messages or Viber or tango. Anything, bring every single thing and you'll be okay trust me. And yes after the interview you should get your answer on the same day.
