When did you do the first one? Have you tried requesting your GCMS notes? Do not redo the medicals they may extend your current ones.

I did it in december of 2011. do you think they would extend it? I was thinking of requesting the Gcms notes, would be a good idea

Two reasons include:

- if they reviewed your app in feb and since medicals can be extended until 15 months from date it was done in your case you have only 1 month left til it expires.
- they might be still reviewing your application and will shortly send you an email to redo medicals

it will help determine if they are thinking of extending your medicals or not and if you should go and redo them. I suggest you request your GCMS notes to see if they are missing any other files. Once you request them and get them I can help you interpret them if you'd like.

Did anybody recently was asked to pay 490 pr and send them Iraqi citizenship and csq and how long does it take after that for a respond or what will they ask me more to do.

on 25 .Feb they asked me to send them Iraqi citizenship ,I send it via email after 2 days (27.Feb) they send me email about recieving th documents .and till now there is nothin im just waiting .

I received email from them requesting documents on 26 feb and i provide them requesting on 03 march in person and i have sent them two email to confirm they received requesting they did not answer me so is must worry or not and what can i do

i have tried to call them but they did'nt confirm me they not allow to tell any information
And they did not let me to call immigration section

I've been inactive for some time. My husband had an interview a year ago and nothing has happened since. The Embassy is ignoring me and has not replied to a single one of my countless emails. I applied for a case specific inquiry and I'm waiting a month to see if that gets me anywhere. Hey, let them refuse me, anything is better than waiting with no clue as to what's happening. Should I find a lawyer? Is there any particular MP I can contact or any specific procedures so I know what's going on?

Some direction would be incredible!

i wish there was than we would have all done something. I heard that the more you bother them the more they will ignore but i dont know if this is true. u have waited all this time dont get your hopes up.
