What position would you use to apply? your job at the hotel or marketing director?

you have to work atleast 3900 hours within the last 3 years in order to be considered. your hotel job's NOC code is 6435 and it wouldn't be eligible for immigration because it's not considered a skilled position.

Also is it just the position they are looking at are there not any consideration.

Yes, there are other considerations, but the first one you must satisfy is the skilled work experience. If you had 2 years of experience as an assistant manager or front desk supervisor, that would qualify (but you would have to be able to prove it, in part with a letter of reference from your employer).

You can read more about the eligibility requirements here. Note that the experience requirement is expected (not guaranteed) to change from 2 years to 1 year come January 2013.

You can also look into the provincial nominee program for your province - you don't say what province you are in, but a few have programs for the lower skilled employees.

your Ielts results are too low look at provincial nominee as stated by Jess above.

that ielts result is sufficient if she is applying under level B

Well noted ujbaby, I stand corrected.

Sorry for the delay but I am looking through the provincial nominee program me. As stated my job as a night Auditor does not qualify .I am living in the province of Ontario. I have read the link but I need some more information as to how I should go about this because I believe this is the best option for me. Grateful for any help I can get.

There is a forum for PNP applicants on this site. You will get better advice there.
