am i eligible in cec category

i fall under major group 41 and unit group4154(granthi)of noc occupational structure & this is under skill level A
i am going to complete 2 years experience( with work permit .. otherwise this is three years experience ) in nov2010
i have passed ielts exam with overall 6 bands( requrement for a priest is much lower as i am told)
am i eligible for cec category
pl advice accordingly

You need at least 2 years on a work permit and you need to have worked 3900 hours. Then you can apply.
