am i eligible in 38 categories and which documents i will have to submit

HI ,i m from pakistan and doctor with nearly 4 years of experience ,i had taken ielts before but expired and got 7 band ,i read new policy for nearly 38 categories as the duration of processing ,they have reduced from years to 6 to 12 months ,firstly i m general practioner with no knowlegde of french ,one of mine brother is in canada ,and he is permanent resident there ,firstly what are my chances to get immigration ,what are the documents i must have to submit my application ,the fees is 550 canadian dollars or any other expenses ,
As ,i m telling u ,i have done ielts but expired ,is it possible to apply on that one or i will have to take it again ,if i get 7 band once again ,then what would be my language skill score ,is it 8 or 16 or 12 .kindly give me direction plzz ,thanks for ur time and takecare

Physician is in the list of 38. You have to check the CIC website for the IELTS info. They used to give you 16 points for 7 or higher in all categories but they changed it to 7.5 for one and 6.5 for the rest.

Thanks alot of urs response,ur response is highly alturistic and valuable for me ,in my certifacte of expe4rience ,i have one year house job certifate in teaching hospital ,as well as medical officer in private hospital from the last 3.5 years so ,it becomes 4.5 years ,what is mine score for MBBS ,Its 22 or 20? Now i want to apply after my ielts definitely ,ooh yes one more qusetion is medical officer is in general practioner category or not ,because i have not done specialization other than mbbs ,kindly make some light on it ,thanks alot and takecare

regarding your question.....about what is the score of MBBS.......20/22......I do not know...because it is bachelors degree but of 5 years...........please

2nd question .............you might have done housejobs/residency in > 1 deptt... but you primary qualification remains the same...........so without a post grad you are general practitioner..............

now the final thing.
