Am I eligible for Masters in Computer Science , am having 15 Years of Education

Hi Folks ,

i am having 15 years of Degree i.e. BCA , am i eligible for Masters in Computer Science for Canada . If yes please tell me names of some reputed and affordable universities in afforadable cities. I am targeting for FALL INTAKE (may be i am late )please tell guide me guys i am very confused .I am from North India ( Haryana). please help me.

I had same issue, applied to 9 Univs(yes spent a lot on applications) and got rejected in all except 1.
