Dear all,
Am I eligible for extending my PR Card which is expired(year back), and I am outside Canada?
I had returned to back home after a month of my PR receival in 2015 July due to personal reasons from Canada.
Now my PR Card is expired on 17th July 2021.
Is there any way I can apply for PR Card extension and return to Canada to start working in Canada?

Your only option is to apply for PRTD based on H&C and it will be determined if your H&C reasons are acceptable for not meeting your RO. If you have been out of Canada for over 5 years and you never established yourself in Canada your proof of H&C reasons will need to be very strong.
