Am I eligible for 2 or more diploma or degree points?

Hello everyone,
I have some queries and curious to know about that.
After 10th , I have done my diploma in mechanical engineering (3 years), then bacholers in mechanical from 2nd year (3 years) and then I did post graduate diploma for 2 years in Canada ..So, I just want to know that am I eligible for 2 or more diploma or degree points?
And one more thing I have 2 yrs and 4 months of experience in India and 1 yr experience in Canada then what value I have to enter in total foreign work experience ..3 or 2!! In Canadian experience yes it is 1..

It would appear so, did you get your ECA for any education that's done outside of Canada?

No ,I did get ECA yet
