Alternative to Lockbox Address

I am writing with reference to send passport to VAC, New York.

I got a message from DHL this morning, DHL asking for physical address to deliver draft as they do not deliver to PO Box (Boston).

I wonder if I am the only one, who experienced this. It would be great if someone could suggest me to overcome this hurdle.
