ALREADY got PR but work permit application didn't close yet.

i got my pr but my work permit application was applied before my granted
still i do received automatic email from cic that there is no update about my work permit application.

if i go to my cic account still show my work permit application is open.

but as soon as i received my PR i send email to cic that please close my work permit application but i don't know what they do

now what can i do ??????????
 
As soon as you become PR, WP will be void.
 
You can apply online to cancel your WP application and request for refund

Then select "withdrawal of online application" from the list
 
Not too worried, your application will closed and automatically cancelled shortly.
