Already complete 15 working days to apply Visiter visa so it’s Refused ?

I am Dhaval Patel
I applied visa for visiter visa for Canada and almost completed 15 working days so it’s refused or not I didn’t got reply from Canada embassy yet, still status is under process at embassy
So please guys let me know b cus I book flight and hotel and everything if I got rejection my flight and hotel cancelled charges is too much high and I spent lot
Really feel nervous
I want to travel Europe and I file for Canada , I am really confused b cus my friends told me if ur 15 working days complete it means refused by them
I had Travvels many countries like UK, many times, SINGAPORE also many times , MALAYSIA , Thailand is frequent flyer so it will worth for me to getting visa or not
Please to be honest and reply me soon sir/madam

Under process means under process not refused, its a mistake to make any bookings before obtaining visa especially for Canada, they can take a very long time to make a decision.

Many of my friends told me that u gonna refused if they will take more then 15 Days and I just google it for that query I got sometimes happen if student intakes come visa process will be delaying

I apply my self sir I didn’t higher any agent for applying my visa and as per under my knowledge I need to pre booking my flight and hotel booking which I have done for supporting too my file to get Visa

Now complete 25 working days But still I didn’t got any update status from embassy
Status is still showing me under process at Banglore office
I applied on 31 July
