Two weeks ago I applied for a Quebec Selection Certificate. I havent received my AOR yet and looks like its going to be a long journey 
I would like to participate in Working Holiday Program which is an open work permit for up to 12 months.
Q1. Can I apply for this temp visa while Quebec selection Certificate application pending?
Q2. On the application form for working holiday program there is a question: have you ever applied for a study, work or immigrant visa?
Should I answer that I have already applied for immigration? Coz the application for immigrant visa will only be made after I receive the Quebec Selection Certificate, isnt that right or am I wrong?
