Did you get PER?

where you debited for Visa fees.

i got an application number from my agent when i log in to cic through this number all my biodata shown correctly but it still shows " in process" they recieved my application on 29oct2014 and they start processing it in 12jan2015 my profile was last updated on 15dec2015 just this i know all what should i do now??

you can apply for notes, in order to have an idea where your application stands or how far it has gone through..

This is to inform that I got my passport back with the visa and CoPR yesterday.

Its a good feeling to finally have the visas now after a long wait.

Yes please go ahead and apply for the GCMS notes....am also an October applicant 16th precisely still waiting for MR, though i got POF update in Sept 2015 which i responded some days after.....had to endure the wait,i applied for GCMS in Feb, everything is fine from the note,i thereafter sent them a mail to correct a spelling error i got a response that it will be corrected and medical forms would be sent to me shortly....am waiting anyway....so i hope this helps as regards applying for the notes

If your agent is in Canada, s/he can apply for $5 but if you apply by yourself outside of Canada it will be $25.

MR depends on visa office, I have seen on forum people saying that New Delhi Visa office is sending MR after 2 months while London Visa office can take 4 months as they are the slowest.

A day of updates in my case. First got the standard reply for the CSE and now got the SLU.

"We started processing your application on January 16, 2015"

PER date is February 13th so not sure about the date but at least have something to look forward to.

Well you are not alone, see my timeline. There are many like us who are still waiting, and most of us are more frustrated than worried. BTW we've a WhatsApp group full of Sep/Oct/Nov applicants and most are in exactly the same situation as yours.
