Dear Seniors,

query please!!

I had sent all my papers including original IELTS result, PCC, passport, CAD 550 draft as spouse fee (as my wife is primary applicant), education & work documents via courier on 18th March which was recieved by srilanka office on 25th March & CAD 550 was debited & i had received the confirmation reciept on email the same day.

Now we got MR & RFPR email last week and they have again asked for these documents (my documents only) to be sent again. though i have replied to them mentioning the same but are these emails which come from immigration office Automated once or manually sent to candidates??

2nd query is whether can we send the scanned copy of original PCC (for my wife) or need to send the hard copy via courier...KINDLY advise

Yes it is normal sir. You can manually add your name and UCI number on the receipt by a pdf reader software. It is better to add your name by a font in red color so that it can be easily distinguished. That is how I have sent my RPRF.

Scan and email medical papers that you got from your Doctor. Remember to mention your name, file number and uci number when you email your documents.

You have to check from the CIC website for authorized Dr. or Hospital BTW in your area.

It is not necessary. You should email RPRF to visa office. It is not a bad idea to email Emedical tracking sheet as well but not necessary.
