You're welcome. See, the time taken by the doctor was hardly 10 minutes or less than that which includes documentation part, checking your vitals and physically too. They'll quickly click your photograph and then guide you for blood sample & urine sample and lastly to x-ray section. Mainly the tests are done for all serious diseases like HIV, Hepatitus, STD, etc. If you are in good health, then there is nothing to worry about. I'll be going to collect my blood test report next week. All in all, if doctor is on time then all the procedure should complete within an hour or may be way less than that.

Hi, my cousin got Medical Request. He had spinal surgery in 2011 and since then he is fine and working full time. Does he need to disclose about surgery even if doctor does not ask about it? Does the doctor ask about the major surgeries in the past?

Third line should be updated from 3 to anywhere between 30 days (as per current trends) or it may take some more time (seen few exceptions). Yes, it means you've cleared the medicals.
