most files having PER received in jan-15 onwards are transferred either to Colombo vo or Warsaw vo. Have u got AOR from either vo ?.if not yet I advise u to call CIC call center and ask for the status of your file. I doubt it might got transferred... Best wishes.

I am also under the same NOC 0111 and Visa office NDVO.I applied on 06/06/2014 and got the UCI # on 21/10/2014.Second line got updated on 10/12/2014, but after that till date no updates or MR request.I'm really tensed, don't have any idea about what to do in this particular situation.What about your situation??

Did you receive any ARO from LVO? I am not sure if LVO they don't issue such thing

Hello guys,

Me and my wife applied (from Romania) under the FSW program on NOC 2132 and the application was received on 24/10/2014 in Sydney. Since then no news ,DD was not encashed until now and the CIC information office couldn't give me any information on the file as they didn't find my name on any list that they have access to (we sent an e-mail to but no reply until now). From what I know (info from this and other forums) NOC 2132 didn't get any DD encashed since 03.11.2014 and CAP was not met by December's end. Other (November/December) applicants under the same NOC got their files sent back either for CAP reached (?? as they say ... couldn't confirm this) or other technical issues but the rest of us didn't get any news and can't get any info from anywhere.

What should we do? How should we proceed? Any advice? Is there any way to call the CIC office in Sydney directly?

Sorry Dear to hear abt ur case but what we i could recommend u to either wait for the things to happen ... May be they would update u regarding the same & meanwhile u can apply for Express Entry System So that if in case u receive ur file back u still have something in hand going on .....

Yes i am from New delhi. My ECAS Status is active and shows that they have recieved the file on 1st Oct. No update thereafter..
