Hi,
What is the process after NER is received due to CAP filled? - You can apply now in Express Entry.
Application package is sent back, that is what others say in the forum who was given a NER.
I am not quite sure about the refund.

I am new to this forum, i have updated the global spreadsheet in name of NK.
NOC 2133
App received date 20.10.2014
DD encashed: 18.12.2014
PER email: 12.1.2015
VO: NDVO

After that no update till now. No second line update also. In between i have changed my job. I sent my job change documents to NDVO on 6.2.2015.
Can you please clarify whether job change is reason for delay. thanks

I don't think so.
Most of the Oct applicants are waiting for second line update.
We should expect this to happen by end March/1st week April.

I am reading some ppl rcvd ARO adter one week from PER, the thing didn't happen with me!!!

Did you receive any ARO from LVO? I am not sure if LVO they don't issue such thing

I am still waiting the MR and 2nd Line!
