What I don't understand is how these applicants are receiving AORs before those sent to CPC Ottawa.

Hi lynpow,

Because CPC-Ottawa does not send AOR. They send MR/RPRF/Add docs. You cannot expect the same timeline for each visa office. Please consider that each visa office has different loads of applicants. :)

I guess in the back of my mind I know that. I'm just being a bit impatient right now :)

Just to inform that I was rejected on Jan 12th, but had just received the package back yesterday. The reason stated was that the letters I sent were not enough proof of my work experience. The good news is that appearently the NOC 1123 started to move again. SS already updated.

Best of luck for all of you still in the process =)

Sorry to hear that!

If you dont mind, would you be able to tell us what supporting documents for your work experience did you send along? Were you at any point thinking 'oh thats a grey area in my application'

Everything happens for a reason and there might be something better than this in store for you buddy.

Good Luck.

I had called up CIC and was told that my app is awaiting transfer to Warsaw VO. I find that application with PER date later than mine have already received AOR from warsaw, while i have'nt. Is this normal? or is my app going thorugh some additional verification process?

Your application has now been placed into processing.

HI All

Need Advice ...I have received PER on 30 Jan 2015 ,now how shall I communicate about the change in application ie birth of child .

I am confused with the following statement in the PER

"If additional documents are required, you will be provided an address to forward required documents. Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals."

Based on the above advice I have communicated to the New Delhi,India, office through portal link with the PP and DOB details. But I have not received any acknowledgement from last 2 weeks.

Please suggest if there is any other way to communicate to these guys.

Thanks
Dinesh
