My application reached at CIC on 20th October for 2173. But still didn't get my application back.

When can I expect it return back due to cap filled? Anybody have any idea?.

Also, I have sent Demand Draft , which will expire in March? what is the process to encash my DD.

Even I would like to know the answer for that. All I know is that PER to MR takes 45 to 60 days.

But PER to AOR or PER to 2nd line update, I dont know...

and what abt PCC request by VO?? when they usually ask for PCC??

It is probably because most of the applicants already sent their PCC along with the entire application package; although not mandatory due to the fact that PCC has a validity period. Your VO will request for your PCC (if you have not submitted yet) when they review your application and usually requested together with MR and other documents. But then again it depends on your VO whether they request a particular document first, or all at the same time.

and secondly when I can expect 2nd line response after PER ?

can anyone guide me abt the bank statement or proof of funds.. can i withdraw some amount or do i hve to keep it in my account till i hear something from them? i need money badly.. what should i do?

Once the file is transferred to your local / remote Visa Office, you can contact them via “Case Specific Inquiry” on your embassy’s respective website. Fill in the form and provide them with the additional information.inform them about the newborn baby. They will send you an email / snail mail with additional documents that are required by visa office. They are usually Updated Family Information Form, Passport copy of the newborn baby, birth certificate, additional $150 for the dependent child, 6 photos etc.

My visa office is NDVO and PER recieved date is 17-Jan.

45 days pakka. We got it recently.

process after getting PER :


atleast 30-45 days is taken for file transfer it may take long time too..second line usually gets updated then..

in about 45-75 days from date of receiving PER, MR is requested..

about pcc:

mostly PCC has a validity of one year..provided it is going to expire VO may ask to send a recent one..

Good days guys. Its has been almost 4 months since my application was received. I am under NOC 3012, application received 16th Oct and mode of payment is thru DD. Is it useless to wait since it has been capped already and consider EE? Need your advice please.. thanks in advance.

I am a 16th October applicant and I got PER last month, so my advice is while waiting for this to come through hopefully please put in for EE.
