It shows In Process. Based on the table provided to understand the meaning of each status, only see status of In Process; don't see any for In Progress.

Hey Vlan I just have a question regarding the "In Process" status. According to the tables provided, our status falls under the category of "Application for Permanent Residence - Federal Skilled Worker submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, Nova Scotia". Does this mean that the previous steps were already taken including the Visa Office Eligibility check?

Thanks

how much days in number take a file to transfer m CIO to LVO.

Online status says "In Progress"

How we come to know when file reaches at LVO??

Thanxs!!!

I'm waiting too since Oct 27th. No news whatsoever!

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the application back if they are returning it for whatever reason?

How I understand it is receiving PER just tells us that we passed the initial eligibility check. As what the PER stated, our application will be forwarded to the respective VO for further processing where our documents will be examined and inspected closely and thoroughly; VO may request for additional documents should they deem necessary. At the time of receiving PER, I would assume that our application is still with CIO and yet to be transferred to the VO, thus I guess the answer to your question is no and the table is mainly for our reference only and is not arranged in any sequence following the order of occurrence of our application.

Dear Experts,

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this n few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

Thank you all in advance.

Hi,

I guess the JD scrutiny process is still not clear. Someone in the forum was called for visa interview for seeking clarity on his JD and corresponding NOC.

May be the senior members can throw some light on this ;D

CONGRATS BRO. In Sha Allah we will both sail together.

Is NER also communicated to the applicants or just simply return of application to the applicant. Please clear what to do in case of long long wait

I strongly suggest everyone to read above stated topic since members explained process in details.
I found this to be one of the best guides so far.
