My application received at CIO on 20 OCT CC has been charged as yet. NOC 2171. Anyone with the same NOC here?

Oct 10th 2171 application still pending with CIC.. Other guys who have applied in Sep 14 are still waiting for updates.. Most likely its going to be Sep 2nd cap and nothing more than that..

Checked my ECAs online.. It's still on the first line.. hehe When will they update it to number 2? lol

...
2. We started processing your application...
3. Medical Results have been received.
4. A decision has been made...

Congrats buddy +1 , you'll get 2nd line once your application is sent to your VO and they start working on it, normally takes 30-60 days as per trend now days.

Urgent guidance required...!!!

I applied with CC mode using my friends credit card but his credit card is blocked by the bank. Now I want to send DD with the following documents through courier:

1. Cover letter explaining the issue
2. New fee form form for DD
3. Demand Draft

Please review this and guide if it's ok?
