What happens if I used my fund already? Will this be checked by Manila Visa Office? Is there a chance to get NER after I get charged? Please advise.

Anything might happen but the chance to get PER after Cc charge is certainly more than receiving an NEr. Stay positive. Expect your PER to be received in the last week of January. No worries!

I recieved PER yesterday (NOC 2263).

Application: October 3 2014
CC charged: December 15 2014
PER: January 13 2015

I have two questions.

- In PER e-mail and ECAS, the Visa Office is not mentioned. How will I learn to which Visa Office my application has been sent?
- What is the next step and how long it takes after PER?
