Dear All!

Thank you for the congratulatory messages. I have a couple of questions if anyone can answer;

The CIC in the PER email has mentioned not to send any additional documents unless requested. However, I have received my FBI clearance and will be 3 months from the date by first week of February. I would dearly love to send the document before it expires.

1. What should I do?
2. I was in the US until November 2006 and not being there since. Does this mean that I have to obtain a new certification in case of expiration?

Hi All,

My friend n I applied for NOC 4011. My self-calculated points were 74, IELTS 7.5 and 6+ years full time univ teaching exp. My friend had 67 points. Both the apps were received at CIO on 9th October but no fee has been charged even after 3 months! My consultant says our apps wr perfect i.e no doc was missing and thr ws no question abt eligibility either. My CC is perfectly Ok. I've been using it regularly for online shopping n fee payments etc. and I always clear my due amount immediately keeping full credit available all the time. Just today I registered for a course and fee ws charged instantly. Anyone who faced or is facing the same situation? Does it mean that my app has not been accepted and I should stop waiting now? If so, how long will it take for me to get my docs back?

I'm also in the same situation. My app was received Oct. 1 and I have not heard anything. I'm wondering if it has to do with my NOC not being a hot one (4214). My points are high, papers complete, and I sent a DD which is supposedly safer. I'm just staying positive and hope that something will happen within the next week or two. Good luck to you...

Hello friends,

i have submitted my application on 21 oct 14 and application received date was 24 oct 14 for noc 1212.

my bank has informed that dd has been encashed on 7 jan 15. Waiting for the golden mail...
