My app was received Oct 7. Noc 0113, DD yet to be cashed

I'm in the same boat... and mine was received a whole week before... Oct. 1 (NOC 4214). DD not encashed yet as per bank's info. STRESSING OUT.

Hi, I guess because this NOC is almost capped (a really hot one) and they tried to get rid of it by finishing it off. So you should think the PER waiting time is 2-3 weeks. This NOC and other hot ones is an exemption to that timeframe.

Yeah! I saw that too but if you will notice, her CC is charged super late but early PER being Sep 29, 2014 applicant. while others got CC charge early but late PER.

Guess PER is still based on application received date.
