You don't get DD notifications but only CC, as for now PER's are been sent till 10 Sept, you have to wait a lil more buddy.

Thanks for your wishes. I sent my application on 15th Oct 2014 and received an SMS yesterday night i.e. on 29 Dec 2014 that my CC is charged. What could be the next step. Will I get any application number or how much time will it take for CIO to revert that my application has been accepted.

dear, i m of view, they will consider case.
award points as she is not PA. will ask u for its original later mey be.
u can email them an ask. its better gesture too.

addendum can be sent but ur apps r in charging phase.
