It seems like it is the PER another Oct applicant just advised he has received PER...

Just wow!!

What is the content of the email you received?
If you sent an email to CIO inquiring about your application 40-50 days ago, then this must be their response. Does it say your application is waiting review or anything else? I am saying this because it is very unlikely to get PER mail now as an October applicant!!

Friends, any idea when November applicants have their completeness check start ? I am 14th Nov applicant of NOC 2281.

I understand they just completed mid-November.

You should be charged somewhere around the 10th week of submission.

January is right there..Hang tight!

I got UCI number from call centre but when I put it in website along with Sir Name and date of birth it says

You should hear something this week into next week. An October 6th applicant was charged today.
