I am also a 16th Oct 2014 applicant under 2171 .
I don't think we can outrightly rule out that we don't stand a chance because within the past week alone out of the 1100 new completed applications, nearly 450 completed applications where under 2171 and it may not be sequential monthly fulfillement as we are analysing from the data discussed.
Also, out of the 9242 total completed applications, 4000 are from Financial and IT occupations which shows that there is an uneven fulfillment and so we can't assume that fulfillments are happening across the board sequentially as per dates +occupation.
Analysis need to be done per occupation code to understand where we stand otherwise we may unintentioanlly communicate wrong assessments to our fellow applicants.(this is my humble opinion)..

Be positive you might be already included in completeness check and lined for charging later on... Who knows... We've done our part and leave it all to God. He will find a way..

Hi stuckindenmark, I agree we might need to think of the worst and prepare for EE but this does not mean people claim something (without factual data) that may or may not be true. It is necessary for everyone to have hope and claiming something outright without any background data is not good in my opinion. We are here to help each other, correct!

Thanks philips123, totally agree and let's not lose hope. No one knows how CIC are fulfilling the cap.

Why are people blind to the fact that global spreadsheet is only accommodating
20-30% applicants as many applicants around the world are not on the SS.
Note that when you are doing any analysis on FSW 2014,never depend on the global
SS alone do consider other factors.
If the global SS says 100 applicants,in reality it is already 250-300 please.
With this statement above,I wasn't surprised from 500+ to 1000 for NOC 2171.
Warning:All other uncapped NOCs with high numbers will follow this trend as well.

As I submitted my application on 22nd October, for NOC 2132 visa office –LONDON
According to Spread sheet, on average PER from CIC is coming in 45 days, firstly is it true. Sad
If yes, could it be possible for me to get PER by 5th December. Roll Eyes
Counting from 22nd –October – 2014 to 5th December -2014 [45 days]

I have sent the app on 14th November and I did download the form on the same day when I have couriered it and at that time it was not showing as Nov 2014.

My application received on 20th Nov and form status under application package shows Nov 2014.

So will it cause any issues ? I overviewed the form and I do not see any changes in form but as they have updated Nov 2014 so I have concern.

In CIC website it is saying "Total received toward the overall cap: 9,242 of 25,000"
But if you sum up all the NOC applications the figure is coming as : 9860

There is a mismatch of 618 applications.
