Yes, this would become rejection reason for your application. Although, you can send latest document to CIO with a cover letter stating your details and tell what was worng in last submitted document

I am worried, as most of people says that this is one of the reasons for rejection of application.

What is the way out?? Please help

If you have a copy of the forms you sent then open any pdf file, look at the footer of any page, you will see its revision date.

When exactly the checklist was updated??
I have sent my packege on 24.10 , it was recieved on 29.10

But there is no date, only month and year. The one I have snet was 08-2014. now it is 10-2014. ??? ??? ??? ??? I am confused

Well even I have sent the wrong schedule 3 form and also wrong the generic form. I read on other posts you can send the updated form, a cover letter mentioning the reason for sending the wrong version, tracking number and passport number.

Thats what I am planning to do.

I am not sure, where u have seen date 24.10.2014. But, the link I sent has a date at its bottom Date Modified: 2014-08-20

So no modifications after that.
