I think the process is First, completeness check which is really fast (they return the file asap if it didn't pass, meaning they have open the file already) 2nd, if you pass you will fall in line with the charging section. Then if you got 67 points after charging, you fall in line with PER.

There was a report on the September 2014 applicants thread of a file returned with app received date Sept 29, 2014. I'm guessing he/she failed completeness check. Completeness check is probably on Mid-End October by now.

Checked out the link you gave. That thread is not that active compared to what I've subscribed to. We are going 50+ pages with that thread with constant updates from Sept applicants.

My journey for FSWP 2014 just came to an end. App date: 17th Sept NOC: 2171, Reason: Cap Reached, APP returned on the 26th of Nov according to the mail. Have to wait for EE now. Good luck guys

Yes 2171 is closed to October applicants.

Hi all,

Completeness check is now in 2nd week september. Its fast approaching for us Oct. apllicants so in say about a week maximum the flood gates of CCs and DDs being cashed will open.

Let our rejoicing begin.

No sir...sep has already been cleared with respect to completeness check...now completeness check of october applications is in process

My application reached on 20th October, when can I expect the return package as capped had fileld.

You will first get a mail on which date is it return posted. After that, out of canada .. it will reach in 3-4 months time.

This happens as below :
1. completenes check includes 67 points
2. CC/DD is charged
3. Final review is done
4. PER is issued.
