Hello,

App recieved on Oct 10th 2014 and DD encashed on Dec 24th, applied on 2172, :-\ but after dd encashed not update till date , No PER yet.. Have a question here even for NER also they deduct the money? >:(
am 24th Oct , CCC 30the Dec . no PER yet too

I`ve submitted my FSW application in December and then I realized that I might be short in one point of the passing score which means I have 66 points and not 67 points. I can improve this by taking the IELTS again. My question is will I be able to resubmit the application again given the fact that the CAP is not full and 2014 was the last year that the CIC accept applications for the FSW?. Please advise.
Two days ago they have charged my credit card for the processing fees.

Thank you

Hi Optimistic Candi.
Thanks for spreading the OPTIMISM.

HarichCan, I share the same timeline. Considering that the payment got charged before XMas holidays there is a possibility our application got lost in the holiday mood.
I hope our email to CIC will give them a WAKE UP CALL!!!

Our PER is on its way...

You might right bro.. I already have sent inquiry mail to CIC around week back.. I dont think they respond with in 60 days..
Is your CC got charged?

If they have charge your card this mean u have qualifiy otherwise your card would have not been charged by cic .

I hd sent a enquiry mail to CIC on 11th Dec, 2014.
Few minutes ago I got the reply. Though I got PER on 21st Jan, 2015.

Below is the reply mail

"Good Morning:

Email was forwarded by CIO-Sydney dated 21 January 2015 to the email address provided.

Application has been transferred to the Visa Office Singapore."

Happy to know that my file has already transferred to the visa office.

it may take several attempts.
Keep trying.
Good luck.

Dear Seniors,

I'm sad to share the bad news that I got, I was totally shocked to see that I got my application package back just yesterday. As per CIC, they mentioned:
"You have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC"
First of all, I have applied through an attorney, and I believe that they know their job more than anyone else, and I have provided all documents requested by them, they even told me that my case is a guaranteed one since I have masters degree, excellent IELTS score, and 8 years of experience, I have provided a letter from my company stating the different positions I have held, and I have attached a separate file for the job description of my current position as System Administration Supervisor, and within this job description, there were a lot of roles and duties matching NOC2281 duties. I don't know what was really missed and I'm really frustrated.
Is there any chance of appeal? I'm certain that the decision made by the officer is unfair. Please let me know if I can appeal and how to do that.
And the worst part, is that they say that they have sent the application since 9th December (I could have acted fast if I received it in December) but my attorney has just got the package yesterday :-[

Thank you all and I wish you all the best.

Hi, Very unfortunate news!!
In the recent times few of the applications have been rejected due to insufficient evidence of NOC job description.

Was the payment charged?

Some of the senior members maybe able to assist you with advice on the appeal.

Do try for EE.
All the best!!

Thank you very much, I'm 100% certain that there is a human error and an unfair decision for my case, I'm confident about my applications and even the attorney confirmed to me that my profile is one of the best and they were surprised just like me.
I would like really to see if there is a way to appeal, and I will call CIC tomorrow to check if they can help with anything.

By the way, my payment mode was DD, and I got it back along with the whole package.
Thank you

I got letter from LVO that photograph i sent (for me and my dependents) were not as per specification thus need re-submission within 45 days of letter date. :o
That may be because I did not put the name & complete address of the photo studio on any of the photos previously sent. Now I am sending one photo having name & complete address of photo studio and date of photo along with name and DoB of person, two photos with name and DoB and fourth photo as empty as per specification at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

I hope this time these get accepted.
BTW photographer at studio told me that I am the second person with such a request.
