Visa Office: New Delhi
Application submitted- 22 Oct 14
CC charged - 24 Dec 14
ECAS status alive- 20 Jan 15 " We have received your file on 22 Oct 14"
PER - Not yet
And my ECAS status has disappeared since 27 Jan 15.

Don't know if i should be worried???

May be this happens due to some technical error.. Don't worry you and me will receive it soon....

I read a lot of mid-late Oct 14 applicants in the same boat....Let's keep the positivity high...We will receive PER soon!!!

Came to know from someone that files of NDVO is getting transferred to some other place/country.

I have already sent my PCC along with my new employer details to NDVO without their mail.

I do not know what will happen now. whether I should be happy or worried.

congrats on your PER.
You shouldn't have sent any further documents unless they requested for.
There is no official news about files being transferred to other countries.
No need to worry now. It will take one month's time for file transfer to lvo from cio.
follow the instructions when you get notifications from lvo.

Maybe to Warsaw as some has reported recently in these days that instead of NDVO they were transfered to Warsaw VO.
