Hi TM2014,

I applied under same NOC 2263, application recieved at CIO on October 3. My CC was charged on December 15 and I recieved PER on January 13. So, you should have already been recieved PER. Seems there is a problem with your DD enchasement with your bank or with your file at CIO. I would highly suggest you to check both somehow. Hope all goes well with you.

I have called CIO yesterday and got my UCI number and when I checked the status it says "IN PROCESS"
When I clicked that link it shows, we have received your file on 1st of october, 2014... I thInk that is what they show when they generate PER. I think they already have encashed my DD, And I think I Am fine here... Hopefully, My agent will receive PER email in day or two.

Dear Seniors,

I'm really concerned about my application status, I can see that a lot of applicants from my same NOC2281 have already received their PER even though their applications were received after my date which is 14th October. I contacted CIC and I got my UCI# which was not of much help as the ECAS doesn't show anything. The bank I got my DD from told me they cannot confirm if DD has been encashed or not. The attorney I applied through told me that no need to worry as they have not received the package back and they have not received NER as well.
Does it really make any difference from where the application has been sent? In my case it has been sent from Abu Dhabi (UAE), and the bank used is ADIB (Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank). Everything has been sent along with my application (IELTS, WES, Certifications, PCC except from my home country as it took time but I have it now, etc... and all have been checked and verified by the attorney office).
My application has been received by a guy called MIKE. What does it mean to have a UCI#? completeness check done??? Is there a chance that they lost my application? I don't know really what to do or how to proceed. I'm really worried and would like your advise.
I have sent an e-mail today morning to CIO but I know I won't get any reply before at least a month.

Hi Mr. Ahuja,

I would like you to share with me how to speak to customer care..I tried 3-4 times but I get stuck when the IVR asks for application No. on phone. My application date was 20 Oct and CC got charged on 29 Dec 2014. I am waiting for the PER email and have been sending emails to CIC but theres no response.
Please guide me how did you get the UCI No. or File No. on phone.

In Jesus name, CIO office heard me today and just blessed me with a PER. they have not mentioned any visa office but assume it is LVO. God bless Canada.
