Sometimes DD encashment isnt being notified for some reason, so you might get the PER email straight away while you are waiting for the bank to confirm!

Dont lose hope fellow applicants 'optimism' is the word for us all until we get our passports stamped with a permit

Hi Anush,

ECAS stand for Client Application Status. If you already received PER email you can log in using your UCI number plus a few extra fields such as family name and date of birth. Once logged in you should see your status as "In process", and if you click on that it should say "We received your application on .....". As the processing of your application goes forward, further updates should appear.

In Jesus name, CIO office heard me today and just blessed me with a PER. they have not mentioned any visa office but assume it is LVO. God bless Canada.

I have applied for NOC 2263 and courier shows that my application was delivered to CIO on 1st octo 2014
And I have no idea my DD got encashed or not, my question is how do we get UCI number?? I called
CIC but the represantative advice me she can't give me UCI number and I have to wait for the email from CIO,
Is this correct that they can't provide me UCI number?? What else I can do to get my UCI number??

I CALLED CIC TODAY AND GOT MY UCI NUMBER AND IMMIGRATION FILE NUMBER AND WHEN I CHECK STATUS IT SHOWS THAT IN PROCESS WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR FILE ON 24 OCT..

WHAT DOES IT MEAN...

Just received PER! Application received 22nd October. DD Charge date 23 Dec. Hope all goes well.
