I sent the same things. I believe no copies are required as the educational assesment is already there. And yah I sent copies of all experience certificates as experience will be assessed by CIO.

Well in that case I need to check with my Consultant 1st thing tomorrow morning. Maybe I'm confusing it with spouse's educational documents. So unsure right now.

Someone who wrote int the FSW 2014 thread said their DD was encashed on the 30th of December. This person is October 20th applicant.

Hi Fourmites,

I was wondering after i visited my bank to check whether my DD was encashed or not -it was not still claimed by CIC.
My application was received by CIC on OCT 17 2014, NOC 2132.
can any one help me are there any other options to know reg my status or i still have to wait..?
any friends of the same dates like me received any update from CIC or get to know reg the DD ?

Dear All,

I have a matter of concern. I am an 16th oct applicant but still there are no signs of DD encashment or PER. Nd m thoroughly worried about the validation of the dd. In my opinion standard SBI dd is valid for 3 months.

Seniors please guide.

Thanx mate.. had a sigh of relief after ur reply. But one more thing that I confirmed from a guy in sbi he said its valid for 3 months. This thing always strikes in my mind..

Nothing new so far... Looks like CIO has slowed down the pace in the last few days of 2014. I guess it is natural... But pretty nerve-racking for those waiting, like me. I'm from oct 21st, NOC 1123. No charge yet.
