I Just wanted to ask if any December applicants got DM. I am a December 2019 applicant. File transferred to NDVO in Feb 2020. ECAS still shows App received.

Noting yet, I am also Dec 20, 2019 applicant.

Hey everyone, I had a doubt and would appreciate it if anyone could help me out. Do the dm and ppr come from the same VO? I am an Indian citizen and my file is at NDVO, but i am a resident of Kuwait, i don't live in India. So if and when i do receive my ppr will it be from NDVO itself? If so, where do i submit my passport since i cant travel to India. Is anyone in a similar situation?

didn't received the email of my file being transfeered to NDVO. found out abt it when I sent an email to enqiry abt my application process.
PA processing start -march 3 2020
nothing after that and got DM today in my ECAS account.

Even I got decision made today without any prearrival..September 26 2019 timeline

Brother you are scaring the shit out of @august 2019 ... let him enjoy the moment for a while... yes offcourse DM only means a decision is made (positive or negative will only be determined once you get a PPR).

Even I am scared, because I too got decision made without prearrival letter
