Perhaps they are already working hard on all this we don't even realize ! I bet you by the end of this year or even early you will see a HUGE changes or updates taking place

It did very fast in 2019 but I guess this Covid is slowing down all. File moves bit later than your did , NDVO we cant predict
Almost exact same time line as yours.
you are like the 4th person with this time line I have come across and all those with file moved on November 5th and started processing on 22nd are waiting ever since. Including me.
Do you have any red flags? Previous visa refusal,second marriage etc?
Yes they are. I came across someone who just landed last week on student visa. Student/Work permits are also processed at Chandigarh Consulate, so not sure where was the file processed.

Do students not require stamping? Vfs is closed. Spouses r not getting ppr/copr.
Its simple, the government doesn't care about Spousal Sponsorships...especially Outland ones.
