All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

I think the process started on 22 Nov. 2019 not on 15 July 2020 because mine was transferred on 12 Nov and the process started on 22 Nov.
on my husbands gcms notes says feb 28, 2020 passport request letter sending via bulk mail out. Been 4.5 months and still no mail.. hate this long wait!!
Did you check your junk email/spam as covid issue started around March 15. As per your gcms, bulk mail was sent around Feb 28. It shouldn't take that many days. Check sponsor and pa email and spam folders if not done yet.
I checked all .. nothing and also its mail out so they physically sent out the mail .. its so frustrating !
Mail out? Did u link application online with gckey and shared your email id? If yes then it should have been received via email instead of mail.
Oh yeah i made sure everything was linked and the correct email was given ... i find it weird also that in the gcms notes its written sent via bulk mail out .. I’ve raised a case inquiry .. hopefully some type of normal response is given.

If you can read properly, it’s just the paper application that are not being acceptedvfs closed unill 30 september 2020
